Whoopsie doodles: I'm bad at keeping this updated

Sorry, it's been a while since I updated this site!

What's been happening: In October-December of 2018, I had the wonderful opportunity to play a lead role as Janet in the upcoming feature film Antarctica, directed by Keith Bearden! This was my very first film experience, but it was truly an amazing one. I was so excited to play a role that was written for a heavyset, Asian female where those attributes were never the butt of a joke. It was liberating to be seen as more than my body shape or skin color. I still have a day of ADR to do and possibly a couple of reshoots, but the film should be coming out later this year and I can't wait!

Upcoming: I've got a number of projects that are coming up, and I'd love to share them with you!

On Sunday, February 18th, at 7:30PM, I'll will be performing in a reading of Loot by Joe Orton at Curio Theatre Company, directed by Shamus McCarty. Curio is located at 4740 Baltimore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. Hope to see you there!

Later in February, I'll be lending my voice to the Philadelphia Dramatists Center's Philly DramaCast podcast as the mythic Greek spirit of mad rage and frenzy, Lyssa, in No One Returns.

Next, I will be playing Hope in An Infinite Ache at South Camden Theatre Company (Camden, NJ) in May. Rehearsals start soon!

And this summer, I'll be taking on the challenge of Regan in King Lear with Shakespeare in Clark Park (Philadelphia), directed by Kittson O'Neill. Very much looking forward to playing such a complex and villanous character!

Tale of the Phantom Ship and Updates

It has been a while since I posted anything, but my site has been updated!

Since mid-June, I have worked back to back on SIX different theatrical productions, and began my preparations for URTA and other grad school auditions.

Needless to say, things have been pretty hectic. But there is some fun news!

Tale of the Phantom Ship, a Philly Fringe show I was in back in September, has just released our official demo cast album! My song can be found at this here:

My next project will be The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), where I will play numerous roles including Juliet, Cleopatra, and Hamlet... The show performs February 4-7 at the Randall Theatre on Temple's Campus. Hope you can join us!
